Concerning PTR Sites
By Lady ChristiePost message to Lady Christie
Posted on Jul 19, 2007
You have probably noticed one PTR site on here. Now I am not putting this site down, it has a reputation of paying members and from what I have read is a good site to be a part of. This is not what I want to talk about.
First off I was naïve and joined quite a few PTR’s in the past; low $5 payouts, high $35 payouts, sign up bonuses and payouts weekly I thought wow I could join this many and make this much a week all by reading my emails. Let me tell you it’s not that easy, yes I did make an income, it was enough to cover my internet and it was hard work. You see what these programs don’t tell you and what the people who want you to sign up under them don’t tell you is that the only way to make money doing these is to have referrals. Now getting referrals isn’t an easy task. You have to be active anywhere that gives you an opportunity to promote your link, sometimes you join other ptr programs just to promote your links and it goes on and on. It is hard work until you build a nice downline.
I would spend 12 hours on the computer a day just reading emails, then time and time again I was fighting spyware and viruses I would pick up from these programs. To me it wasn’t worth the hassle.
My advice to you if you join any paid to read email programs know what you are getting into. There are many legit programs who will pay you just realize the work that has to be put into getting paid.

ONE WORD TO YOU " YOU ARE A NASTY WITCH". THIS WAS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS AND DO NOT EVER EMAIL ME AGAIN. EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SAID ABOUT ME IS TOTALLY NOT TRUE. WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT MY SITE, THEY CAN READ THAT THEY HAVE TO GET PEOPLE TO JOIN. I ALSO TELL THEM THAT IN ORDER TO MAKE SOME DECENT MONEY, YOU NEED TO GET PEOPLE TO JOIN. I HAVE BEEN DOING THE WORK-AT-HOME JOB FOR 3 WEEKS AND HAVE GOTTEN OVER 65 PEOPLE TO JOIN. IT CERTAINLY DID NOT TAKE ME 12 HOURS A DAY TO DO THIS EITHER. I HAVE GOTTEN PAID AND AM ALREADY MAKING SOME GOOD MONEY. I DO NOT LIE TO PEOPLE. I TELL THEM AS IT IS. JUST WHO ARE YOU TO PUT THIS DOWN. IF YOU SPENT 12 HOURS A DAY, YOU MUST BE PRETTY DUMB!!!! IT TAKES ME MAYBE AN HOUR A DAY(IF THAT). GET REAL LADY. ITS PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU THAT LIKE TO STIR UP THE CRAP. THANK YOU FOR THAT.

YOU ARE A FRIGGIN JOKE AND ARE RIGHT OUT TO LUNCH LADY. EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SAID IS A BUNCH OF CRAP!!!! IF ANYONE SAT AROUND AND DID NOTHING AT THEIR JOB, ARE THEY GOING TO GET PAID???? OF COURSE NOT. YOU DO HAVE TO DO A BIT OF WORK. AND I NEVER SAID THAT YOU DID NOT. BUT TO WORK 12 HOURS A DAY???? YOU ARE NUTS. YOU MUST BE SLOW OR CAN'T WORK(OR RETARDED). AS FOR READING THE EMAILS FOR 12 HOURS A DAY- GET A GRIP. I SPEND 5 MINUTES A DAY READING THESE EMAILS. OH BUT REMEMBER FOLKS, SHE HAD MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS GOING AT ONCE. I AM ONLY ASKING YOU TO JOIN THIS HERE, AND IT ONLY TAKES ME 5 MINUTES A DAY. BUT NOT TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU HAVE MENTIONED. I AM ENJOYING THIS TREMENDOUSLY. SO FOR ALL YOU STAY-AT-HOME MOMS, RETIRED FOLKS, STUDENTS AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT NEEDS A FEW EXTRA $, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CLICK ON MY LINK AND START MAKING SOME EXTRA $. UNLIKE lady christie WHOSE JOB EXPERIENCE NETTED HER $0, AS SHE HAD TO WORK 12 HOURS A DAY FOR A FEW PENNIES HERE AND THERE, TO PAY JUST HER INTERNET. AH TOO BAD FOR YOU. I CAN PROMISE TO YOU ALL THAT THIS HERE WHAT lady christie HAS SAID IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. HERE IS MY LINK. YOU ALL WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
Let’s get one thing straight. No, this isn’t a $500 a week deal, its not some get rich quick scheme. It’s probably more like $50 a week. Read emails that are sent to you (don’t actually need to read them, just look at them for 30 seconds) and get paid. Receive up to 10 emails a day. Get a $10 sign up bonus! There is absolutely NO start up fees. 100% free. Not going to make you insanely rich, but its a little extra pocket cash. 18+ Must have internet. No sending emails, no calling, just clicking a link in your email. Remember you can increase your earnings greatly by getting people to join up. The more people to join up, the more money you will make!! Start now!

(I deleted the link-SL - you can find Hondamatics pages through the Browse feature. Hondmatic has told how this kind of 'job' goes , but I object to her slandering my friend , Lady Christie. For one thing it is my business to make sure people here are well informed, I am here to help people and therefore I will inform people of things they may or may not understand.
Well if everything I said is untrue then I guess me saying your program pays is untrue and that it is a good site to be a member of is untrue.
Not once did I put you down so don't put me down. I only want people here to understand what they may not understand. If they are better informed then they can make wise decisions.
And one last thing you may not lie to people but you mislead them to me there is no difference.

I just want to say that I agree with Lady Christie in this "conversation".
In no way did she put Hondamatic down , or even mention their name , for that matter.
There are many people who are misinformed about pyramid schemes and other ways of making money on the net, and Lady Christie was trying to help these people by telling them her experience.
The way you responded , Hondamatic , was very defensive . I am not sure what the PM was all about , but if you want people to go for the hit4pay idea , the way you lashed out to Lady Christie on this site isn't going to edure people to you so that they sign up.
This is , of course , my own opinion.
Everyone is an adult here ,and more than able to make their own opinion.

I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT lady christie ELMAILED ME NUMEROUS TIMES. THEN SHE GOES ON ABOUT HOW SHE SPENDS 12 HOURS READING EMAILS(NOT TRUE-I SPEND 5 MINUTES OR SO). SHE ALSO SAID THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT INFORMED. I TOTALLY INFORM EVERYONE WHO IS WANTING TO JOIN. IT STATES IT IN THE LETTER. lady christie TALKED TO ME ABOUT SOME THINGS AND THEN SHE GOES AND WRITES ALL THIS CRAP. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS(ALSO TO MAKE SOME EXTRA MONEY), AND LIKE I SAID, I TELL EVERYONE UP FRONT THAT IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO MAKE SOME GOOD MONEY. lady christie EMAILED ME AND TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD TELL PEOPLE THAT THEY WON'T INSTANTLY MAKE MONEY. I AGREED AND THEN SHE WROTE THIS. WHY??? IN HER LETTER, SHE GOES ON ABOUT HOW SHE TRIED NUMEROUS WORK AT HOME JOBS AND DID NOT MAKE MUCH, JUST ENOUGH TO PAY HER INTERNET. SOMETIMES, ITS BETTER TO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. I AM NOT HURTING ANYONE AND PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY INFORMED ABOUT THIS PART-TIME JOB.

I want to clarify for everyone I did not email Hondamatic numerous times (Isent him one message and then replied to his message) also just so everyone knows I was not rude to this person. If this person wouldn't have deleted my messages everyone would see that I had only mentioned the only way to make money with programs such as the one this person was promoting was to build a downline. At this time it was not mentioned in their ad that you needed a downline to make $50 a week. Nothing is clearly stated on the frontpage of the website this person is promoting you have to go to another page which explains about referral bonuses.
Like I said before I am not putting down the program, it is a very nice program and I have only heard good things about this program. I just don't think it should be advertised in a misleading way.

Hondamatic,
Excuse me, but I just saw your reply to Lady Christie.
First of all, let me say this: I, too, have done "hits for pay" and the majority of MY time was spent reading emails and since I did not troll boards scrounging up members, I never received a dime.
My initial reaction to your post was disgust, but I felt it was harmless compared to most solicitations we receive here. BUT NOW, you have not only insulted, but were incredibly rude to someone who has spent more time helping people than you could ever imagine and you deny it to soulight.
Your post is nothing more than a solicitation to increase your downline so YOU can receive more money. The more people you get signing up, the more $ YOU make - isn't that right? However, you failed to mention THAT in your post didn't you?
Do everyone here a favor, apologize to LADY CHRISTIE, then take your solicitation elsewhere. No one here needs your kind of "help".

HI Soulight. I took the scripture straight out of the Blue letter bible NKJV because that is what I read and it is the most accurate next to the KJV. Sorry if I offended you. Yes I have been on payment plans and I am out of options. I have tried desperately to be a good stewart of the money my husband left me when he went away. He was able to save up some money for me but you know it only lasts so long. I think it lasted way longer than it should of thanks to God. I do babysit for money but for the life of me can not get any more kids in here. Lord knows I have advertised. God Bless sweet one Krissicas
Just a suggestion for all those who are wondering why no one is helping them out : If more of us on Aidpage HELPED EACH OTHER with the tons of knowledge and resource i know we could share if we put the effort out , THEN , Aidpage would be much more dynamic , and truly be PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE. AND , there would be many more of us who recieved help in a timely manner. IF YOU KNOW and answer to someones need , or if you want to offer support , monetary or words of advice , or prayers , JUMP IN , and help your fellow Aidmate ! It feels good to help others ,and maybe you will make a new friend ,and by networking with each other , maybe we will find some answers. soulight

A LITTLE HEALTH CARE HUMOR :
HMO Q&A
Q. What does HMO stand for?
A. This is actually a variation of the phrase, 'Hey, Moe!' Its roots go back
to a concept pioneered by Dr. Moe Howard of "The Three Stoogies " who
discovered that a patient could be made to forget about the pain in his foot if he was
poked hard enough in the eyes.
Q. I just joined an HMO. How difficult will it be to choose the doctor I want?
A. Just slightly more difficult than choosing your parents. Your insurer will
provide you with a book listing all the doctors who were participating in the
plan. These doctors basically fall into two categories those who are no
longer accepting new patients, and those who will see you but are no longer part of
the plan.
But don't worry, the remaining doctor who is still in the plan and accepting
new patients has an office just a half-day's drive away and that diploma from
a small Caribbean Island is very fresh.
Q. Do all diagnostic procedures require pre-certification?
A. No. Only those you need.
Q. What are preexisting conditions?
A. This is a term used by the grammatically challenged when they want to talk
about existing conditions. Unfortunately, we appear to be pre-stuck with 'pre
and now' meaning the same.
Q. Can I get coverage for my preexisting conditions?
A. Certainly, as long as they don't require any treatment.
Q. What happens if I want to try alternative forms of medicine?
A. You'll need to find alternative forms of payment.
Q. My pharmacy plan only covers generic drugs, but I need the name brand. I
tried the generic medication, but it gave me a stomach ache. What should I do?
A. Poke yourself in the eye.
Q. What if I'm away from home and I get sick?
A. You really shouldn't do that.
Q. I think I need to see a specialist, but my doctor insists he can handle my
problem. Can a general practitioner really perform a heart transplant right
in his office?
A. Hard to say, but considering that all you're risking is the $10
CO-payment, there is no harm giving him a shot at it.
Q. Will health care be any different in the next century?
A. No. But if you call right now, you might get an appointment by then.
A JOYFUL HEART IS GOOD MEDICINE ! : ) - SOULIGHT

Just a heads up for everybody that is low income and doing some sort of work. Don't forget the Earned Income Tax Credit this year when you file your income tax! ! !
You may recieve a good chunk of money if your qualify ! ! !
It’s easier than ever to find out if you qualify for EITC
The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) sometimes called the Earned Income Credit (EIC), is a refundable federal income tax credit for low-income working individuals and families. Congress originally approved the tax credit legislation in 1975 in part to offset the burden of social security taxes and to provide an incentive to work. When the EITC exceeds the amount of taxes owed, it results in a tax refund to those who claim and qualify for the credit.
To qualify, taxpayers must meet certain requirements and file a tax return, even if they did not earn enough money to be obligated to file a tax return.

Here is a quote and a site link that help veterans sort out what type of organization to use for thier assistance :
"What Does a Veteran Service Organization Do?Veteran Service Organizations exist to serve you and support your specific needs. Whether you are interested in reconnecting with your branch of service, networking with other veterans who share your disability, maximizing your VA benefits, learning more about current legislation or even researching the many programs in place to get you involved in recreation or employment. With histories dating back to many of America’s wars, and proven track records for putting veterans first, the following organizations, as well as a host of other local, regional and national VSO’s put the needs of the disabled veteran first."

Do you have a loved one in the military that is injured and in a military medical facility ? Here is something that may help you visit them :
"Because members of the military and their families are stationed worldwide and must often travel great distances for specialized medical care, Fisher House Foundation donates "comfort homes," built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers. These homes enable family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful times - during the hospitalization for an unexpected illness, disease, or injury.
There is at least one Fisher House at every major military medical center to assist families in need and to ensure that they are provided with the comforts of home in a supportive environment."For more about Fisher House , go here :http://www.fisherhouse.org/

A stimulus check should be coming to veterans who qualify . Here is a quote and a link for more qualifying information :
"As part of the President’s Recovery plan, VA will also make one-time payments of $250 to eligible Veterans and survivors to mitigate the effects of the current economy. These payments will be issued as early as June 2009. VA estimates $700 million in payments will be made to eligible beneficiaries as part of this measure. To be eligible for the $250 payment, VA beneficiaries must have received compensation, pension, dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC), or spina bifida benefits at any time between November 2008 and January 2009. Also, beneficiaries must reside within the United States or Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. No application is necessary. This is very important information for the mental health of our military heros . Nothing should keep people from seeking help for their health , mental or physical .
The following consists of excerpts from the article . To read the complete article , follow the link at the end of the excerpts.
E-News from Washington Vol. 08-21 May 9, 2008 Department of Defense Announces New Policy on Disclosure of Mental Health Treatment
.........................On May 1, 2008, Secretary of Defense Robert Gates announced that military personnel will no longer have to disclose any service-related mental health treatment they have received when they apply for security clearance. The security question, referred to as “Question 21,” has been an obstacle to members of the military seeking mental health care. ..........
..........................Previously, military personnel and others applying for the clearance who had sought treatment for PTSD and other mental disorders had to respond “yes” and provide details of the treatment. . In 2007, a report by the Army’s inspector general found that soldiers were hesitant to seek treatment because they worried about losing their security clearances .........
.........................In addition, an April 2008 report released by Rand Corporation found that approximately 20 percent, or 300,000, of service members returning from Iraq or Afghanistan report symptoms of PTSD or major depression, but only slightly more than half have sought treatment. This survey and others have shown that a major reason service members do not get help is the fear that it will harm their careers. ................................
...........................“It’s time for leaders of all stripes to step forward,” adding, “You can’t expect a private or a specialist to be willing to seek counseling when his or her captain or colonel or general won’t do it.” .......................

"Operation Happy Note
is a volunteer effort to send musical instruments to our deployed service men and women throughout the world.
Steve and Barb Baker from Fergus Music started Operation Happy Note after their son was deployed to Iraq. They had sent him a guitar and then a buddy wanted one.
These soldiers were so pleased with having these instruments over there that Steve and Barb wanted to find a way to get more instruments to our troops, hence “Operation Happy Note”.
Since March of 2005 we have sent hundreds of instruments including guitars, mandolins, banjos, violins, harmonicas, and accessories. Steve also wrote a lesson program with CD for those who don’t know how to play.
“We can’t stop now!” says Barb, just because her son is now back home with his family. There are just too many requests that keep coming in, these soldiers need the joy that music brings to them."

Welcome to Wounded Warriors
Our Mission: Supporting Families Our mission is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. The families of our casualties suffer in many ways: some financially, some psychologically. Wounded Warriors mitigates their trauma by allowing them to find peace and solace as a family once more in family-friendly resorts that we provide free of charge. The resort condominiums that we own in Orlando, Florida and Galveston, Texas are quiet havens where war torn families can reunite and become stronger.

Advancing scientific research
We have funded more than 1,200 research projects at scientific institutions across the United States and around the world.
We provide timely and accurate information about CAM research in many ways, such as through our Web site, our information clearinghouse, fact sheets, Distinguished Lecture Series, continuing medical education programs, and publication databases.
Our research helps the public and health professionals understand which CAM therapies have been proven to be safe and effective.
N C C A R N.This site was created to help those who cannot find or access Medical Information on their Medical condition via Library or the Internet. Often this is because of an inability to afford the time it would take to do the researching, an inability to understand what they have read due to the complexity of medical terminology, or because of the time MDs do not take to explain a patient's condition in terms they can understand. We have on staff state of the art practicing physicians, as well as our nurses that will take the time to explain to you and try to help answer your questions.
"We Do The Searching For You"
MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP.NET will take the time to look up medical information via patient's request and present it to the patient in a format that is as easy as possible to understand. MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP. NET also provides a nurse or doctor to help explain the medical information to the patient. If we cannot find a specific information request, we will point them in the right direction to help them find it, and be there to help explain the information once it is found! MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP. NET are a combined research guide and medical database whose function is to help patients find and understand medical information along with giving them the option of talking with a medical professional if needed. We presently have 4 nurses and 2 doctors along with thousands of medical links to almost any condition or disease. We also have hundreds of medical pictures and videos, as well as a medical library and state of the art teleconferencing equipment to help patients get their medical questions answered and their information needs met. MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP. NET does not take the place, or intend to take the place of your doctors opinion. If an opinion is asked for, it will be given with extreme precision and with the most current information and experience available. All medical advice is medically correct and sound.
If you need to talk to someone with the same health concern as you , OR if you want to discuss your concerns with a medical professional , OR if you want to research a health concern , this is the place to go. The forums cover all sorts of general health topics.

"Learning Disabilities Association of America
If you are a parent or teacher of a child with a learning disability – or have learning disabilities yourself - you are not alone. Typical learning difficulties include dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia – often complicated by associated disorders such as attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
The good news is that the Learning Disabilities Association of America is here to help.
Since 1963, LDA has provided support to people with learning disabilities, their parents, teachers and other professionals. At the national, state and local levels, LDA provides cutting edge information on learning disabilities, practical solutions, and a comprehensive network of resources. These services make the Learning Disabilities Association of America the leading resource for information on learning disabilities.
LDA believes that every person with learning disabilities can be successful at school, at work, in relationships, and in the community -- given the right opportunities. Join LDA in creating those opportunities."
LEARNING DISABILITIES ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA.
This page is for disability information for infants through youth or young adulthood. Rather than having all the information on their site , they are kind of a hub for information . They direct you to places where you can get the specific help you need. They also have information for teachers and those who wish to access the needs of children. Being a dissemination site , the research area is substansive.

Donated Dental Services (DDS) The Donated Dental Services (DDS) program is a collaborative, direct way that the dental profession reaches out to individuals with special needs. Because of the extraordinary compassion of over 2,600 dental laboratories and 12,000 dentists across the country, DDS tends to the essential and comprehensive dental care needs of our nation’s most vulnerable people; disabled, elderly or medically-compromised individuals who cannot afford necessary treatment nor get public aid. DDS patients have slipped through the cracks of Medicaid and Medicare programs with nowhere else to turn.
